Our Return Policy;
We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased
from Nite Auto and Marine within 15 days of receipt.
The merchandise must be in new (never touched water) and
unused condition and in its original packaging, including all accessories.
Any boat that is used, is not returnable as we do not sell used
boats.
We do not refund original shipping charges. If the
item is returned due to customer
dissatifaction or for any reason, even if defective and the customer
refuses a replacement, a service charge of 20% of the sale
price, plus shipping costs will be kept for administration
and handling fees.
All items will be inspected by Nite Auto and Marine
to determine eligibility for return credit. We do not accept
returns without prior authorization from Nite Auto and Marine.
Independant Sea Eagles dealers do not support the generous
180 day return policy due to abuses in the retail marketplace.
We as independants strive to provide courteous, honest,
personable service to our customers.
